Snow in Cyprus can be enjoyed in the winter months of January and February. Best experienced by visiting the highest point of Mount Olympus Cyprus, in the area of the Cyprus ski resort, elevation about sea level is around 1900m, you can't quite get to the absolute highest point of 1952m at this area is a restricted military base.

Snow in Cyprus is such an amazing change from our almost all year warm sunshine and typically hot Mediterranean weather, hiking in the Troodos snow is a lot of fun to experience and a must do for anyone who loves nature and hiking.
