Experience one of the most beautiful unspoilt nature trail hikes in the beautiful roaming green hills of Vasa Kellakiou, Limassol. Away from people and cars, a unique Cyprus nature hiking tour you cannot forget.

We will hike incredible valleys and hills with magnificent mountain views, visit a rare cave frog pond, see many interesting Cyprus trees, plants and birds. Final destination, picturesque Kalavasos Dam. Stops along the route to take amazing scenic nature pictures and videos.

Total hike distance 6.75 km, out and back route, total hike time around 2 hours with breaks along the way, effort level is moderate, a very beautiful nature walk with a few challenging steep but short hills.

When we return to our private camp in the hills of Vasa Kellakiou, we'll end our time together with a campsite quick meal of delicious vegan vegetable burgers, local zea bread, vegan cake and organic herbal teas as we watch the sunset over the mountains.

It features a 1.4-inch display with a resolution of 280 x 280 pixels, and is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 3.

The watch comes with a range of activity tracking features, including GPS, heart rate monitoring, and a variety of sports modes. It also features a built-in compass, barometric altimeter, and accelerometer, as well as support for GPS, GLONASS, and Galileo satellite systems. Other features include smartphone notifications, music control, and compatibility with Garmin's Connect app for tracking and analyzing data. 

One of the major improvements from the original Instinct is the addition of Garmin's Body Battery feature, which measures your energy levels throughout the day and provides personalized recommendations for rest and activity.

Overall, the Garmin Instinct 2 is a solid option for those looking for a durable and reliable GPS smartwatch with a range of outdoor and fitness tracking features. My only negative feeling about the Garmin instinct 2 is there is currently only 3 very bland colour options, my one is the graphite. there is also a Deep orchid and Poppy which in my opinion are just as bland. I might try and paint customise the watch face bezel...I'll show pictures and video when its finished.

I've just received this watch on March 7th 2023, I've only ran once with the watch and my initial impressions were really good, reading the running data on the fly was excellent and the Garmin Connect App is brilliant to use. I'll do more in-depth reviews on future hikes and runs including trail running and will update on this article page. Garmin Instinct 2 is available in Cyprus for €299.99, with a typical battery life of one month, I really don't see the need to pay the extra €100 for the solar version.

Two accessories that I got for my Garmin Instinct 2 from Amazon DE, although the watch has Corning Gorilla Glass 3, I still feel better having a glass screen protector. I also got a nice navy blue strap to add some colour to the very dull graphite watch.
